1. What about the competition in punjab, as punjab has the maximum number of seats ?

   1. In Punjab Average candidate per vacancy is less as more number of vacancies hence cutoff may be less….But you never know it depends on lot of factors as Punjab vacancy is visible to all candidates first….so they more number of people may choose it…But as a rough estimate it can be said that competition will be high but cutoff won’t be high…

    1. The circle you choose now that will be fixed throughout the recruitment. There will not be any change.

    1. You have to show the University cgpa to percentage conversion proof to bsnl at the time of your verification.

    1. Both will have more or less same cutoff… You choose as per your convenience.

    2. ther is no reservation for obc so it will be high for general category

    1. hello alina! are you from manipur? there is no problem regarding the exam centre. even if you apply for NE 2, you can give the exam from delhi.
